1. Returns
You have the right to return a product within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
Please do not return any items without first contacting us to initiate the return process.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom-built or specially ordered items
- Used or installed water pumps (unless faulty)
- Items not in resalable condition
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply (we will inform you in advance).
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing faults. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If a product is faulty or damaged on delivery:
- Please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item.
- Include clear photos and a description of the issue.
- We will arrange for inspection, replacement, or refund where applicable.
5. Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning non-faulty items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
